If you are someone who dreads getting the camping gear of the loft, you probably aren’t planning to pack extra either.

However, one happy camper has decided to go all out with their tents and proud showed off their home from home.

Sharing the snaps on Blackpool Lad’s Facebook page, one image shows a relaxing three man tent with chairs place against each window to create a cosy nook.

If that wasn’t impressive enough, the amateur explore has added tables with a candle, relaxing blow-up chairs and vases of fresh flowers.

Even the colour scheme seems to match, with yellow and black furnishings used throughout.

In another image, the holiday maker has even managed to set up a dining table in their huge tent – complete with two fold out chairs.

To make the space extra cosy, the camper had strung fairy lights around the make-shift dining room and even next to each bed.

For those that miss a good shower while camping, there was even one tent that contained a bath which would be perfect for festivals.

Just like a proper bathroom, the pop-up tent contained a small wash basin with a soap dispensers, a scented candle and plenty of storage for toiletries.

While most of us aren’t planning to recreate these elaborate camping set ups, the post has gone viral after Blackpool Lad shared the images.

Less than a week later, the post has received over 1,300 comments with many people admitting they’d happily stay in these tents.

“I’d live in that…it’s amazing,” admitted one commenter, while others were even planning to recreate the impressive tents.

Tagging their loved one, another added:  “This is what I want for us, 3 weeks down south every summer with the kids and dogs.”

Other joked that this was the type of camping they would want.

A third teased: “I’ll go camping if we can stay on this tent.”

However, some weren’t so convinced by all the extra gear inside the tents.

“Wouldn’t you love to transport and set all that up to enjoy it for 72 hours,” another argued, with a fourth questioning would the effort be worth it.

They joked: “No thanks. Where do you get water to fill the bath? How do you heat the water? …Who wants to spend hours putting everything together? Give me a hotel, please.”

A fifth even argued that this wasn’t true camping, saying: “I think this is absolutely amazing but I’d rather the old school roughing it. The normal tent, sleeping bag, random spot just wonder upon. That’s camping.”

Well, at least these tents would keep the kids occupied for a few hours.

Three camping tips from an expert

David Scotland owns camping equipment retailer Outdoor World Direct and knows all about how to make a camping trip run smoothly.

When visiting any campsite this summer it’s important to make sure you’re not making simple mistakes that could ruin your holiday.

Check your tent

David recommends putting your tent up a couple of weeks before you’re due to travel to give you enough time to repair or replace any damaged parts.

He told Sun Online Travel: “You’d be surprised how many people turn up with broken tents.”

Test the ground

Picking a good spot to pitch your tent is difficult, with lots of things to consider.

One of those should be the condition of the ground you’re putting your tent on top of, according to David.

He said: “Once you’ve found the perfect spot, test the ground with your pegs before you commit to camping there to make sure the ground is soft enough.”

Don’t nap in your tent

It may seem the perfect place for it, but a nap in a tent could end badly, if it’s done at the wrong time of the day.

David explained: “If the sun’s shining and it’s hot inside your tent – don’t do it!

“One of our friends nodded off in his tent during a heatwave at Glastonbury and ended up at the medical tent with heatstroke.”

Instead, he recommends finding some shade outside or somewhere well ventilated.
