She revealed that after she gave birth to her first baby, she was so happy to leave the hospital and to no longer be pregnant.

However, a few months later, she found out that she had become pregnant again just three weeks after her son was born.

“I was already 23 weeks pregnant when I found out”, she said.

Jemma gave birth to a daughter just 10 months after her son was born.

Babies born less than 12 months apart are known are Irish twins, meaning that Jemma’s two daughters are technically twins.

The term Irish twins was initially used as a derogatory term aimed at Irish-Catholics who emigrated to America.

As Catholics do not believe in contraception, Irish families were often large, with children born close together in age.

The two children are now two and one, and will be in the same school year when they are older.

Sharing pictures of the two tots laughing and playing together, Jemma showed how the pair share a strong bond.

She said that finding out that she was pregnant with her second child was a lovely surprise, but nevertheless insisted that she will not being having any more children.

Jemma’s video has likely left many open-mouthed, as it has racked up over 1.5 million views on the video sharing platform.

TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts, with some questioning how Jemma was able to get pregnant again so quickly.

One person said: “Girl how did you even want to do that so soon after?

“I think I was still wearing diapers at that stage.”
