Deontay Wilder will be hoping a win against Zhang will make him a contender again

Professional heavyweight boxing is back this weekend, and even without any belts on the line, we're excited about this one, as it features two big-name fighters both hoping to brawl their way back into contention after recent defeats. We have everything you need to know on how to watch Wilder vs. Zhang from anywhere in the world.

Wilder has been struggling to rebuild his reputation since being defeated by Fury, with an expected comeback fight against Joshua scuppered by a resurgent Joseph Parker, who battered him in Riyadh. Zhang is no fan of Parker either, as the Kiwi fighter beat the big Chinese boxer in his last fight. Zhang has been working towards a title fight for years, but another defeat would set him back even further. A loss for Wilder tonight, though, could leave his career comeback in tatters.

We've shopped around to compare prices and Wilder vs Zheng streaming options, and like most major boxing events nowadays, you'll probably find DAZN has the rights to it in your country. If you're in a country that doesn't have DAZN, or you'd rather pay the much cheaper PPV price than in your home country, we can show you how to use a VPN to see the boxing for less.

How to watch Wilder vs. Zhang in the US & Canada

Wilder vs. Zhang will be available to live stream through DAZN in the US and Canada. Viewers will need to pay a PPV fee of $69.99, which also includes a free month of access to DAZN, which will continue to $29.99 per month afterward unless you decide to cancel. If you'd like to commit to DAZN for a longer term, the annual plan reduces the monthly cost to $19.99. So, you'll only need to pay $69.99 for the Wilder vs. Zhang PPV event upfront.

How to watch Wilder vs. Zhang in the UK

DAZN will also live stream the fight in the UK. In the UK, this will cost a PPV fee of £21.99, making it considerably cheaper than the US PPV fee. New DAZN users can get their first month free with sign-up, so you'll only pay £21.99 upfront this weekend. If you want to keep DAZN, it will be £24.99 a month, but you can cancel anytime. Signing up for an annual plan will reduce that cost to £14.99 monthly.

How to watch Wilder vs. Zhang in 200 other countries

DAZN is available in more than 200 countries. You can check DAZN's complete list of countries that will stream the Wilder vs. Zhang fight, along with a breakdown of how much it will cost in each region. It's certainly worth considering using a VPN to save money if you're in one of the more expensive locations. Canada aside, it looks like pretty much everywhere is cheaper than the US - it was the same for the Fury vs. Usyk bout last month.

Only a small number of countries list the prices in local currency. Most only say '21.99 USD'. So it's a little unclear as to whether you'll pay the equivalent in your local currency, or you'll be paying $21.99 US dollars. You might notice a small foreign transaction fee on your account if it's the latter.

How to watch Wilder vs. Zhang from anywhere

If you happen to be traveling in a region where you cannot access DAZN, you can always keep up with your subscription via VPN. Short for virtual private networks, VPNs are handy ways to temporarily change your viewing device's virtual location so that you can access your usual websites from anywhere. They're popular choices for people seeking increased internet privacy and the ability to use their usual apps while traveling.

Our go-to recommendation is ExpressVPN, a beginner-friendly VPN with a 30-day money-back guarantee. For additional details, check out our official ExpressVPN review.

What time is Wilder vs. Zhang ring walk?

While the event starts on June 1 at 2 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. BST / 2 a.m. AWST, the main event ring walk won't happen until much later. The Wilder vs. Zhang ring walks are expected to start around 5:30 p.m. ET / 10:30 p.m. BST / 5:30 a.m. AWST.

We'd give that expected ring walk time a 30-minute grace period on either, as even DAZN hasn't committed to a window the last time we checked.

Full fight card

Don't sleep on this one, especially Dubois vs. Hrgovic. These two heavyweight fighters will feel they should both be in the conversation of title contenders, too, and we might see them mixing it up with the winner of tonight's main event soon if they're not about to get a date set up with Fury or Usyk.

  • Zhang vs Wilder
  • Dubois vs. Hrgovic
  • Ball vs. Ford
  • Sheeraz vs. Williams
  • Hutchinson vs. Richards
