According to Area Napoli, Radu Dragusin is ready to leave Tottenham Hotspur on loan this summer, just six months on from his move to the Premier League side.

Dragusin has not had the easiest of starts to his life at Spurs, struggling to get game time under his belt since his switch from Genoa during the January transfer window.

However, the Romanian did finish the season strongly, starting Tottenham’s final two Premier League matches of the campaign against Manchester City and Sheffield United, delivering solid displays in both matches.

Area Napoli have now pointed out that former Spurs boss Antonio Conte is in line to take over at Napoli and the Italian is prioritising strengthening at centre-back.

Radu Dragusin is open to leaving Spurs on loan

One of the options on the Serie A side’s radar is said to be Dragusin, with the club thought to be monitoring the 22-year-old’s situation at Hotspur Way.

It is alleged that Napoli could explore a temporary deal for the former Genoa man, who is thought to be open to returning to Italy on loan this summer.

Postecoglou has made it clear that Tottenham are short of options at centre-back and that he wants further reinforcements in the position.

The chances of Spurs allowing Dragusin to leave are zero and the 22-year-old is not likely to push for a move, just six months on from joining the club.
