It came after the streamer, known as Mellstroy, reportedly offered anyone wearing a shirt with his name on it £300k if they ran on the pitch during the Champions League final.
The security breaches were compounded by Dortmund fans lighting a wall of flares as the second half kicked off.
Much of the bottom tier of Dortmund’s end of Wembley was alight with red flares which sent a thick smoke billowing onto the pitch.
The fog lingered for around ten minutes after the second half kicked off.
Fans are prohibited from bringing flares into stadiums and the sheer number seen at Wembley represents a massive failure for the stadium’s security.
One fan wrote: “How the f*** have Dortmund fans got flares into Wembley when I can’t get in with a bottle of Highland Spring!?”
Another posted on X saying: “Dortmund can have a wall of flares at Wembley yet I can’t have a bottle with a lid.”

A third said: “More fantastic security from @wembleystadium, how do the Dortmund fans get flares into the ground?”
It comes after the Football Association pumped £5million into the security operation at Wembley.
Pre-match preparations saw a ‘ring of steel’ involving thousands of stewards and enhanced ticket checks.
The FA were hoping to avoid a repeat of the Euro 2020 final, which saw many fans without tickets gain entrance to the stadium for the final between England and Italy.
That sparked scenes of chaos, with many fans getting into fights.
Uefa were also criticised for a logistical shambles at the two previous finals in Paris and Istanbul.
Over 2,500 stewards were present at today’s game but were unable to prevent today’s security failures.
