SCSO: Two arrested for allegedly driving stolen car

HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of two following a traffic stop. Philip McCulloch, 36, of Halfmoon, and Tashawna Daniel, 38, of Cohoes, are being charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

It is alleged that the car that McCulloch and Daniel were stopped in was reported stolen out of Troy. McCulloch was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Both McCulloch and Daniel were released on appearance tickets to return to Halfmoon Town Court at a later date.
