'The lie detector said: that is a lie': Trump busted for falsehood in latest Fox interview
Donald Trump's latest Fox News interview contained a lie that is being called out by journalists and other observers Sunday.
The former president teased his Fox interview on social media by saying, "Enjoy!" During the interview some journalists have described as "heavily edited," Trump was said to have promoted domestic terrorism if he goes to jail.
Another part of the interview focused on Trump's past claims that he wanted to "lock up" Hillary Clinton. That language has come back to haunt Trump now that he is facing a potential term in jail.

The interviewers ask Trump about how he said "Lock her up!" but never did so, and Trump denied ever saying the words. In fact, he said it was only his supporters who championed that chant.
Journalist Aaron Rupar reported Sunday that Trump stated, "
Trump may have been able to get away with the falsehood, if he wasn't on video saying, "Lock her up." People on social media were quick to point this out to the former president.
@ArtCandee wrote, "Felon Trump went on Fox News’ Fox & Friends and said he never said 'lock her up' about Hillary Clinton. The lie detector said: that is a lie. Here he is saying it." The user also included a video of Trump saying the exact words, "Lock her up is right" in response to someone in the crowd shouting it.
Former prosecutor Barbara McQuade chimed in: "Block her upTrump is asking people to put tribe over truth."
"The point is not to convince his followers that the lie is true," she added. "The point is to convince his followers to repeat the lie even though it is false. Choose truth over tribe."
