“State Enchantment” hijacks 5G in Ghana

Last week, Ghana 39;s Minister of Communications (and ldquo;digitalisation rdquo;) held a press conference in the heat of controversy about the government 39;s decision to award the country 39;s only 5G telecom license to a shadowy entity called, Next Gen Infraco Ltd.
