SGA Women’s Team at NGA Regionals 2024

Lookout Cali, here we come! We have a big NGA National Competition coming up, but first, rewinding it back to Regionals in May!

We attended NGA (National Gymnastics Association) Regionals in Reno, Nevada, and while we usually compete separately by location, this time we were one unified Team SGA (and we loved it!)!

Coach Lauryn from Ballard said:
“Our team had a phenomenal weekend competing at Regionals! We had two gymnasts, Mia and Izzy, make the regional team, and Kiki placed first all around! Way to represent SGA! We’re so proud of their hard work this season, and they’re ready to head to California to compete at Nationals!”

Coach Jayme from Columbia City said:
“Regionals was a lot of fun! It was nice to be in the warm weather for a few days! Everyone did amazing and we had 100% qualify to Nationals! One of our platinums, Isabella Ryan, made the regional team and will be competing for the region at Nationals! We are excited to be back in the gym preparing for our final meet of the season!”

Coach Misa from Lake City said:
“Congratulations to all the gymnasts that competed at Regionals and for everyone qualifying for Nationals! Everyone had a great meet, some skills were competed for the first time, personal best scores, and all-around smiles! Huge congratulations to Sarah for making the Regional team to represent our Western Region at Nationals!
Can’t wait for Disneyla…I mean…Nationals!!”

We had a great time but now we have our eyes on the prize at Nationals. Best of luck everyone, we know you will close out the 2023/24 season strong and proud, just like you always do! Can’t wait to see what you accomplish!
