High pressure with passing minor front aloft with high altitude cloud early, becoming progressively sunnier throughout day. 

YVR 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable.  Vancouver Valley east outflow to 10 km/hr becoming inflow west to 10 km/hr by 10:00.  Chilliwack Valley winds light outflow followed by west inflow to 15 km/hr.  Pemberton with30% POP and risk of thunderstorm in afternoon. 

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable becoming S to 10 km/hr.  Valley winds light and variable becoming West to 10 km/hr.
