SHOPPERS are racing to the middle aisle of Lidl to snap up hugely discounted Yankee candles that’ll leave your house smelling fresh.
Taking to Facebook, one candle fan shared their bargain find which had £10 knocked off the original price.
They found a Yankee candle, in cupcake inspired scent, being sold in Lidl for £5 down the middle aisle of the store.
Sharing a picture of their find on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, they wrote: “Lidl has Yankee Candles in their middle aisle for £5, and it’s a big jar! I know this is like £15 plus online.”
The post attracted over 150 likes, with many rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One tagged her friend, and wrote: “Bargain!! Do you want one? I can maybe pop in tomorrow after the hospital xx.”
Whilst her friend replied back writing: “Pleeeassse love.”
Another tagged her friend and simply wrote: “Get yourself in Lidl.”
However, others suggested looking around as they may find it cheaper elsewhere.
One said: “While that’s a great price, this home inspiration range is usually cheaper (if you) find them in b&m’s (or) home bargains etc.”
But overall, most shoppers were pleased with the bargain find, with some asking their friends if they could stop by at the shops to get one.
And it’s not just Lidl’s middle aisle bargain hunters who are enjoying, but it’s Aldi’s too.
