'Euphoria' Update Provided in Report About Eric Dane's New Acting Gig

A new report about Euphoria season three has been released, alongside some news about a star of the series, Eric Dane.

Eric landed a new role in the Prime Video thriller TV show Countdown opposite Jensen Ackles and Jessica Camacho.

Within the report about his casting, Deadline provided an update on the currently on-hold third season of Euphoria.

Many might believe that Eric‘s casting does not bode well for Euphoria’s third season getting filmed anytime soon. However, that’s not actually the case.

Deadline reports that there are “promising signs” that season three is headed in a positive direction, including writers working on scripts with creator Sam Levinson.

The site also reports that Euphoria is still aiming to start production on season three later this year for a debut in 2025 on HBO, and for stars of the series who have booked other work, filming will have to take place around their busy schedules.

Some of the stars of the cast include Sydney Sweeney, Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Colman Domingo, Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, Storm Reid, and more (though some stars have exited the series).
