Two Israeli Border Police officers charged with throwing grenade at Palestinian for 'no reason'

The Palestinian man lost sight in one of his eyes as a result of the officers' action, which was allegedly done 'without any justification.' Despite the severity of the act, it was decided to charge them with a crime which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison
