Chef Ann Kim 'wholeheartedly believes' her Uptown workers don't need to unionize

After filing a petition with the National Labor Relations Board, employees at Korean-American restaurant Kim's will vote June 27 on whether to move forward as a union. The Uptown Minneapolis restaurant would be the first of Ann Kim's to unionize, as she also owns Pizzeria Lola, Hello Pizza and Young Joni.
