Manipur CM Biren Singh's advance convoy attacked, one hurt

One security personnel was injured in an attack on Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh's advance convoy in Kangpokpi district. The convoy was en route to Jiribam district following recent violence. The attack took place near Kotlen village on the Imphal-Jiribam National Highway, with militants firing at the security forces. Additional forces have launched a combing operation to apprehend the attackers.
