Mikey Moore and Tyrese Hall have impressed Ange Postecoglou

After a number of barren years, the conveyor belt from the academy to the first team appears to be working once again under Ange Postecoglou.

The report claims that the Australian has been left impressed by both Mikey Moore and Tyrese Hall who could now be in line to feature next season.

With Tottenham having secured a return to European football with a fifth placed finish in the Premier League meaning they will also play in the Europa League next season, both players may have the opportunity to feature.

Tyrese Hall is yet to make his senior debut

Unlike More, Hall has not made his senior debut for Tottenham as of yet, however, the 18-year-old was named on the bench in the 2-0 defeat at home to Manchester City last month.

Moore made two appearances for the senior side, his debut coming during the City match and was rewarded once again with a few minutes in the final match of the season at Sheffield United.

Hall did get a taste of action when he was included in the post-season trip to Australia to face Newcastle United and did catch the eye with his second half display.

When Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte were in charge at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, they had no interest in academy talent such was their focus on trying to win quickly rather than having an eye on the future.

A number of changes in the background including that of Simon Davies’ influence within the setup has changed things with players now believing they have a genuine chance of playing for the first team.

Mikey Moore and Jamie Donley are prime examples of this, having been rewarded for their efforts over the course of the campaign.
