Rare, out-of-print Saratoga history books to be sold

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Brookside Museum in Ballston Spa will sell rare and out-of-print Saratoga history books at the annual Craft and Antique Fair. It will be on Saturday, June 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

These books are a culmination of library duplicates and donations, which include titles unavailable in bookstores. Of the selected titles, there are multiple copies of Sylvester's History of Saratoga County from 1877, Grose's History of Ballston Spa from 1907, and more.

Topics include town and village histories throughout Saratoga County, horseracing, historical fiction, genealogical methods, and history for young readers. The sale will take place rain or shine on the museum's front porch at the west end of Front Street.
