Jin Is So Back (From the Military)

It’s basically June 12 in South Korea, which will forever be known as the day Jin was officially released from the clink (mandatory military service). The BTS member became the first of his bandmates to enlist in December 2022, kicking off a period of 18 long Jin-less months for the Army — the fans, not the army he joined. Jin will reportedly celebrate his discharge in Seoul with the other BTS members, who are still active in the military and applied for a leave of absence from the barracks to commemorate the day. (J-Hope is the next in line to complete his service, while the remaining members, RM, Jimin, V, Suga, and Jungkook, will be free next June.)
