Jade, who posts under @jadehoney62, shared the transformation process online and revealed details about her unusual tiny home.

The savvy saver moved into the shed last year, and has received numerous questions about living in the garden.

In a clip she shared: “I’m here to answer all your questions because I’ve had a few that I feel like I need to wrap up, ’cause I can understand why you guys are very confused.

“So I’m in my little bedroom, shed room outside. Absolutely love it.”

Jade shared how many people ask if there is a bathroom in her shed, and answered: “So, there is not a toilet in here.

“The distance between this little room and my house is literally 10 steps, and we have a downstairs bathroom.

“So, if I was desperate for a wee at night, then I could just run across.

“I just try not to drink loads of fluids when I’m about to go to bed, and I’m usually fine.”

Her second most-asked question is about whether or not it gets cold in there and if she has heating.

Jade responded: “The walls are insulated. So far, it’s been so warm in here.

“I know it is the summer, but I haven’t used a heater or anything.

“If anything, I’m using my fan to keep me cool at night.

“I can just buy a little heater and it’ll be fine.

“It’s quite a small space, so all the heat does kind of stay in here.

Jade said she’s very happy in her outdoor space – despite having to go to the main house to use the loo

“Plus, my little puppy dog sleeps with me, so there’s two body heats in here keeping each other nice and warm.”

Jade shared pictures inside her cosy space, which has a double bed, book shelves, a large chair, a TV, and pretty prints and fairy lights on the wall.

She shared how her next most frequent question is about how she stores her clothes.

The saver added: “So basically this room is my bedroom.

Do I need planning permission to convert my shed?

CONVERTING an existing shed or outbuilding into a self-contained living space will usually require you apply for planning permission.

However, there is a “loophole” Brits can use to convert outbuildings into a tiny home without permission.

Planning expert Martin Gaine from Just Planning warned the conversion process is far easier than you may think.

Speaking to The Sun, the Chartered Town Planner of 14 years’ experience explained: “An outbuilding can be built using ‘permitted development rights‘, meaning it does not need planning permission.

“As long as you comply with the various restrictions and conditions.”

One of these is that the outbuilding can only be used for something ‘ancillary’ to your main living accommodation – examples include storage, a gym or a pool room.

If the outbuilding is existing, converting it then into primary living accommodation IS allowed.

Martin explained: “This is because internal changes to an existing building are not considered to be development at all under the Town and Country Planning Act.

But like anything, there is one catch.

The new living accommodation must still have some connection with your use of the main house.

For instance, if your gran is living out there, she must still come into the house to eat.

“My upstairs old bedroom is now my office/slash filming space.

“Because I film a lot of fashion videos, all my clothes stay up there.

“The bathroom’s literally opposite to that room.

“If I need to have a shower, I just go in that room, get dressed, put my PJs on, come back down.

“There’s no clothes in here because I just don’t see the need.

“I absolutely love this little space, so I’m very happy.”

Over 6,800 people liked her video, with one saying: “I live in a cabin too!”Another added: “Love the room.”
