2024 Carroll County Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics | PHOTOS

Carroll County Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics, the Flame of Hope, Tuesday in Westminster. The run began at Carroll Community and ended at McDaniel College’s Kenneth R. Gill Stadium followed by a special ceremony. More than 75 Law Enforcement Officers and Special Olympics athletes and volunteers ran over 5 miles in celebration of the annual Special Olympics Maryland in Towson June 21-23.
