It’s been two years since A&D Logistics started its training division, initially for its staff before growing to offer external courses.

To put the cherry on the cake, the company was successfully nominated for Transport News’ Scotland’s Top Training Operator 2024.

Kevin Swallow headed to Renfrew for a days training and to find the secret of their success with its lead trainer Dave Allan.
