Fourteen unrecognisable Man Utd stars including two Treble winners go on Malta holiday – how many can you name?
FOURTEEN former Manchester United players have been pictured together on holiday in Malta.
The image, taken on a boat, was shared on social media on Friday afternoon.
Journalist Andy Mitten tasked fans to try and name all of them, promising a signed shirt for the winner.
The challenge seemed remarkably difficult given many of the players have not been seen for decades, while some of them were also wearing hats and sunglasses.
Yet that did not stop one individual from getting all 14 spot on within four minutes of the post.
There was a charity match that took place in Malta on Thursday which the ex-players seen in the photo turned out for.
They included TWO Treble winners from Man Utd‘s famous 1998/99 season under Sir Alex Ferguson.
The most familiar faces from the snap were the Treble-winning defensive duo of Ronny Johnsen and David May.
Chris Casper, who was also at Man Utd that season but did not play any games, was another in the photo.
As was 90s winger Ben Thornley, midfielder Luke Chadwick, striker Danny Webber, keeper Nick Culkin, playmaker Lee Martin and FA Cup winner Sammy McIlroy.

Phil Bardsley was also in attendance, along with Leicester’s Premier League-winning defender Danny Simpson.
Ex-Burnley and Bolton man Chris Eagles, who came through at Man Utd and played 17 times, also made the trip.
And the final two on the far right of the picture were Bojan Djordjic and Russell Beardsmore.
Reacting to the picture, one fan said: “Given our league position this season, can I ask, are they all current first teamers?”
Another added: “Is it possible to recreate Lee Martin’s FA cup final goal on the boat?”
While a third replied: “I hope those lads have plenty of sunscreen.”
