Workers met with massive surprise after draining iconic San Francisco fountain

The city drained its iconic concrete Vaillancourt Fountain in Embarcadero Plaza to address electrical issues, but was met with a big surprise. Lining the fountain floor were bottles and cans, five electric scooters, a mangled chair, a fire extinguisher, a bike lock and a sho.
