Sinophone Collection is the first collection presented by London-based multidisciplinary design house Haus of Hu. The collection highlights the subtleties between differing perspectives—East and West, classical and minimal. The studio’s work transcends conventional categories, blending conceptual and aesthetic elements to create pieces that resonate with collective memories. Each offering is designed to be timeless, adapting and transforming to meet the evolving needs of individuals. Their inaugural collection draws inspiration from everyday objects in China during the late 1990s and early 2000s, resulting in a unique series of furniture pieces. These designs inhabit a space that bridges various interpretations, embodying total flexibility. They suggest a sense of freedom through their versatile configurations, fostering connections between the individual and the collective, and between the pieces and their arrangements.
