Nikhil Gupta, suspect in plot to murder Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, extradited to US

Nikhil Gupta, a 52-year-old Indian national, has been extradited from the Czech Republic to the US on charges of plotting to assassinate Sikh separatist leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Gupta was arrested last year at the US government's request and is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn. He is set to appear before a federal court in New York on Monday.
