Grace planned this! rage Love Island fans as they spot clue Joey and bombshell Grace ‘never split up’
LOVE Island fans accused Grace and Joey of “planning” to meet up in the villa after seeing them locked in steamy scenes tonight.
Viewers know that they briefly dated last summer – but are amazed at how quickly the two have rekindled their romance.
The pair appeared to be back together within just three days, after Grace walked in as a bombshell on Friday.
One Love Island fan took to X, formerly Twitter and mused: “I’m thinking Joey and Grace planned this, were probs together took an intentional break when the show was a possibility.
“Good opportunity to give her exposure as we don’t know her and that’s her career sorted post show. Next thing you know they will be on OK magazine #loveisland.”
Another fan agreed, writing: “Joey and Grace were 100% together before the show. You cannot convince me otherwise!
“Imagine not speaking to your ex for months then within 12 hours acting like that. What a snore fest.”
A third said: “Samantha was just a pawn in joey and Grace’s game.”
Joey forgot all about Samantha, who he had been coupled up with for two weeks, when Grace entered the show.
Tonight, Sam was in floods of tears and threatening to quit the villa after Joey and Grace snogged in front of her.
Earlier on in the episode viewers saw Grace telling the girls about her time with Joey in the second villa.
And Samanatha was forced to sit through Grace dishing out the details.
Grace said: “We’re really getting on. I feel like it feels how we were last year. So I’m just going to see how it goes. There’s definitely something there.”
Joey later took Grace to the Hideaway where The Sun revealed scenes had to be cut because they were too racy for TV.
A villa source said: “Joey and Grace can’t keep their hands off each other, it’s the most chemistry we’ve seen on Love Island for years.
“After facing Samantha, Joey took Grace straight into The Hideaway so they could continue their alone time.
“They were hands-on in the Casa Amor villa despite being with four other Islanders, so obviously they could really go for it in the privacy of The Hideaway.
“They kept things covered up by the duvet but let’s just say just like with the sleepover at Casa, producers have so much footage they can’t use it all without it becoming the Grace and Joey show.
“Things are moving fast, but having dated before there’s not the same timescales around forming a bond.”
