More Tropical Showers and Storms Today

Scattered light showers are moving through Acadiana this Tuesday morning with rain chances at 40%. Otherwise, temperatures are starting in the mid-70s. Another round of tropical storms is expected later today along with a heavy rain threat. Highs today near 87° under mostly cloudy skies.

The higher threat for flash flooding moves over to Texas today. A few spots in coastal parishes within Acadiana could see 2-5" inches of rain. Localized minor flooding is possible, mostly south of I-10.
