Atop the new hotel named art’otel in Battersea, the small body of water offers stunning views of the neighbouring Battersea Power Station.

Anyone can access the pool on Monday mornings over summer starting from June 24, aside from the August bank holiday.

But to get in, you’ll have to sign up to the aqua aerobics class and join the session.

These run from 8am-8:45am and are led by hotel trainer Gaz O’Hardy.

It’s heated to provide relief from fresh mornings, and the fee does include a hot drink, pastry and of course the chance at some Instagram glamour.

The catch is you’ll have to cough up £25 for the 45-minute session in the premium pool.

A session description on the art’otel website reads: “Get ready to kick-start your day with a splash of vitality right at the heart of the electric Battersea Power Station neighbourhood, hosted in our heated rooftop pool with the Power Station’s iconic chimneys as a backdrop.

“Join our resident personal trainer, Gaz O’Hardy, as he guides you through a rejuvenating aqua aerobics session.

“With Gaz’s expert guidance, every splash becomes a step toward a healthier you.

“The morning sun, the heated pool, and Gaz’s motivation will have you pumped and ready to conquer the day.

“Post work out treat yourself to a complimentary hot drink and a delectable pastry at Tozi Counter.”

Aside from the aqua sessions, the hotel also offers “sunrise yoga on the rooftop”.

It’s run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but you’ll have to get in quick – sessions wind up on June 30.

You’ll also need a spare £40 lying around.

There’s also a rooftop bar called JOIA, again featuring the Battersea Power Station chimneys in the background – and again charging a premium for the views with relatively simple cocktails at £14-16.
