Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated (aka a DWI) after a night out this week.
The 43-year-old entertainer was in Sag Harbor, New York and reportedly met up with friends to have dinner. He was reportedly pulled over shortly after getting in his vehicle.
After appearing in court today, he was released without bail and his lawyer is adding some details. Apparently, Justin was only charged with a “single count” of driving while intoxicated because he “refused the breath test.”

Justin‘s lawyer Ed Burke, Jr. told Us Weekly, “The charge was a single count because he refused the breath test. Mr. Timberlake was also charged with two other court citations, running a stop sign and not traveling in the correct traffic lane.”
Page Six is claiming Justin did take a field sobriety test and the cop who pulled him over “was so young that he didn’t even know” who Justin was.
He will have to appear in court on July 26.
Justin is currently traveling the country performing for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. This coming weekend, he has two shows in Chicago, Ill. His wife Jessica Biel recently revealed a challenge they face while he’s out on the road.
