Season Ticket online problems - update

I mentioned on another thread that there were missing season tickets (all 6 family members) on my renewal despite all of them being in my network and able to assign tickets to each other.

As I said, I've emailed the club reference the problem and good as gold they have emailed tonight to say they have sorted the issue out and all of the season tickets are on my account for renewal.

Logged in and fair play, there they all are.

Well done Blues and a message to anyone having problems online, just email or ring them and they will sort it out. We have a month or so left so just be patient and they'll get to you, no need to get frustrated or p!$$ed off with the club. There are a lot of broken systems that they can't sort over night but they are trying and will 100% get there in the future.
