Halfmoon man arrested for alleged grand larceny

HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Halfmoon man was arrested for alleged theft at Home Depot, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Daniel Jennings Jr., 33, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Jennings is accused of stealing store merchandise valued at over $1,700. He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and placed in Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail and will appear back in court at a later date.
