‘Why is she so smug?’ ask furious Love Island fans as they slam girl for ‘rude gesture’ behind Harriett’s back

LOVE Island fans have branded islander Tiffany Leighton as ‘rude’ and ‘smug’ after her behaviour towards Harriett Blackmore.

On Tuesday night’s show, Tiffany became the latest entrant in an ever-evolving love triangle between Ronnie Vint and Harriett.

While Jess White removed herself from the situation during a recoupling, Harriett is now finding a blooming romance with Ronnie under threat by a new competitor.

When Tiffany pulled Ronnie away for an overnight ‘saucy sleepover’ after entering as a bombshell, Harriett was left annoyed and upset after discovering the pair had kissed.

Hariett pulled Tiffany for a chat on the beanbags to see where her head was at.

After Tiffany admitted Ronnie had told her he was likely to recouple with her given the chance, Harriett was left asking “what was wrong with him” as he adds another girl to his situation.

During the chat, Tiffany was seen rolling her eyes at Harriett, but ultimately agreed that it’s happened a lot, and there’s always the threat of more girls coming in.

When Ronnie joined the girls, Harriett walked away but then decided to confront him, asking him why he was saying one thing to her and another to Tiffany about potential recouplings.

Tiffany was left awkwardly looking on at the conversation unfolded, stifling a laugh with a grin.

Fans weren’t happy with Tiffany, who thought she was acting “smug” after stealing Ronnie away from Harriett.

Taking to X (previously Twitter), one fan wrote: “That smug face Tiffany makes is p***ing me off #loveIsland”

“Ronnie is RUDE and Tiffany is RUDE laughing at Harriet,” said a second.

After their night away together, Tiffany chose Ronnie to officially couple up with at the latest recoupling ceremony – meaning they have to share a bed together.

Tonight, things are about to get even more complicated as Harriett quizzes them both.

Harriett tells Ronnie:“Well, I have known you from the beginning, so I don’t want you to forget about me. As long as you’re respectful about the situation and no kissing or cuddling…”

While Ronnie agrees, that doesn’t stop him and Tiffany from stealing kisses with each other outside of the bedroom, leaving her furious.

When Harriett finds out, she pulls Tiffany for a chat, telling her: ““I’m confused. I don’t know why you didn’t tell me that you kissed him? If that was me I would have just said that, do you know what I mean.”

Looks like Ronnie has yet another decision to make.
