Manipur Governor appeals for financial aid amidst state crisis

Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey addressed the economic and security challenges in the state, seeking financial assistance during a meeting with the Finance Minister. A delegation of leaders from the INDIA bloc, led by Okram Ibobi Singh and M. Nara, met with the Governor at Raj Bhavan, urging swift resolution of ongoing crises, particularly in Jiribam district, where violence has displaced residents into relief camps.
