Americans across the country celebrate Juneteenth

Americans across the country are holding celebrations in honor of Juneteenth. This is the third year Juneteenth has been a federally recognized holiday. It marks the day in 1865 when more than 200,000 enslaved African Americans in Confederate States were declared free. NBC News' Shaq Brewster reports on how people are honoring Juneteenth.
