GUEXT presents the Innovation Gallery

GUEXT, organized by IFEMA MADRID and FELAC, launches with an Innovation Gallery and an award for hospitality innovation, from October 18-21.

MADRID – To encourage innovation and the development of technological solutions within the hospitality sector, GUEXT, the inaugural International Exhibition of suppliers and services for the hospitality industry, organised by IFEMA MADRID in collaboration with FELAC, will open its first year with the Innovation Gallery. From 18 to 21 October, this area will provide an opportunity for exhibiting companies to present their cutting-edge products and services. It will also facilitate the discovery of the sector’s latest developments, with all the detailed information on the display offers.

In this context, the initiative will host the “GUEXT Award for Excellence in Innovation in Hospitality 2024″. This award will be presented to the company that has presented the most innovative ideas, which will be assessed by an expert jury. In addition to the award, the winning company will receive a trophy and a certificate and will have the opportunity to present their solution at a special conference during the fair.

Participation and Eligibility Criteria

All exhibitors at the GUEXT event are invited to present their products and compete for the ‘GUEXT Award for Excellence in Innovation in Hospitality 2024’. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate a single product’s or service’s merits. This should be based on criteria such as the degree of innovation and originality, its applicability and usefulness in the hospitality sector, the proposal’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, or the design and aesthetics it displays.

 The companies participating in the Innovation Gallery’s inaugural year will enjoy a distinctive prominence at the fair. This will afford them a high degree of visibility for their brand and services through all the fair’s communication channels. The award will serve as the pinnacle of recognition for the brand’s excellence and leadership within the industry.

From 18 to 21 October, the international hospitality event, Guext, created and promoted by IFEMA MADRID in collaboration with FELAC, the Spanish Federation of Associations of Machinery Manufacturers for the Hospitality, Catering and Related Industries, will provide an ideal forum for the sector’s leading companies and professionals to share knowledge and explore new business opportunities.
