Romanian President Withdraws NATO Bid, Clearing Final Hurdle For Rutte

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has announced that he is exiting the race to become the next head of NATO, removing the last obstacle to the candidacy of longtime Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
