Mario Hezonja, drafted No. 5 overall by Orlando in 2015, last played in the NBA in 2019-20. Don’t be surprised to see him back in the league next season after stints with the Magic, New York and Portland. Marca has dropped the market bomb, perhaps putting an end to one of the most followed negotiations at this stage of the year: Mario Hezonja has reportedly reached an agreement with Barcelona, and even reports of a contract already signed by the Croatian player. Hezonja would have rejected the renewal offers proposed by Real Madrid for economic reasons: he would have wanted to have a greater weight in the team and thus receive a higher salary.
