TandyRight click on photo you want to insert
click “copy image URL”
On SHA click the button that looks like a picture frame
Paste in the image URL
Then post how you normally would.
To do this, the picture must already be online. You can get the picture URL by right clicking on an image and clicking "Copy image address"
If the picture is not online, you can upload it from your computer or your phone to a site like [www.imgur.com] which will show you how to put your picture online and then give you the link to share it.
