AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Some members of the Round Rock community are organizing a candlelight vigil to honor the life of a woman who died in a shooting at the city's Juneteenth celebration last weekend.

The Austin Honey Badgers Track Club is holding a vigil to honor the life of Lyndsey Vicknair, who died in the shooting.

The vigil will take place Thursday from 7:30 to 8 p.m. at Webb Middle School on East St. Johns Avenue in Austin.

The track club said it will "light up the track in her memory and come together as a community to show our support."

They also said they'll pray for healing within the community, for the family of Ara Duke, the other victim who died in the shooting, and for "all those impacted" by the incident.

Fourteen other people were injured in the shooting at a Juneteenth festival at Old Settlers Park last Saturday.
