The following year, she enjoyed success at the Brit Awards, making it as a nominee in the British Female Solo Artist category.

Her track climbed to the fifth position on the UK Singles Chart and even charted in Australia, Austria, Canada, France, and the U.S.

Donna, originally hailing from Wales, made history across the pond when her track reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100.

She initially signed with Atlantic Records, but after releasing her second album, Donna decided to go independent.

Now at 64, Donna looks just as youthful as she continues to produce and perform music.

She suffered a shock health scare in 2021, though, when she was diagnosed with breast cancer ahead of I Love You Always Forever’s 25th anniversary.

This detection caused her to postpone plans for a tour, as well as a television special, and remixes.

She spent the next year undergoing treatment but remained active in writing and recording music.

In recent times, the mother-of-one dropped an exciting comeback album, Rooms with a View.

The self-released LP was recorded in collaboration with Holmes Ives, as a digital record only.

In her personal life, Donna currently resides in New York with her business manager husband, Martin Harris, and their son, Archie.
