Travis Scott was arrested in Miami on Thursday morning after allegedly yelling at people on a yacht and causing a disturbance in the area. Scott, whose legal name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was charged with disorderly intoxication and trespassing property after warning, NBC reports.

Around 1 a.m., Miami police responded to a call about a fight on a yacht in the Miami Beach Marina, per an affidavit seen by NBC. When officers arrived at the scene, Scott was allegedly “standing by the dock yelling at the vessel occupants,” according to the affidavit. The complainant reportedly told police he didn’t want to press charges, but wanted the rapper to get off the yacht. Police apparently detected “a strong smell of alcohol coming from the defendant’s breath.” The BBC reports that Scott initially left after police threatened to arrest him, walking “backwards yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel,” per the affidavit. But minutes later, officers saw him walking back toward the yacht.

When the police approached Scott he allegedly became “erratic” and started “disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and nearby residential buildings.” Scott was then arrested and taken into custody, where the Washington Post reports he posted a $650 bail. A source told the paper that Scott didn’t get into a physical fight with anyone but was just at a “rowdy party.”

The rapper shares two children, Stormi and Aire, with Kylie Jenner and is scheduled to start his Circus Maximus European tour in the Netherlands next week. The Cut has reached out to representatives for Scott and will update this post when we hear back.
