Senators want Russia declared state sponsor of terrorism after its recent actions with N. Korea

Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Lindsey Graham on Thursday introduced a bill to declare Russia a state sponsor of terrorism after President Vladimir Putin's visit to North Korea.
