Richard Swygert, 22, was behind bars on Rikers Island when he was charged with first-degree murder Tuesday night alongside Jayson Scott, 23 – the son of the 44-year-old Grammy nominated star – over the June 7, 2021 broad-daylight fatal shooting of Darius Guillebeaux, authorities said.
