FORECAST DISCUSSION:

Good Thursday Evening,

It has been another very warm day with temps again in the lower 90s for the 5th straight day. Tonight will be another very warm night with partly cloudy skies, and temps falling into the lower 70s. Friday will be much like today, with hazy skies, light winds, and high humidity. A stray pop-up can't be ruled out with highs in the middle 90s.

Saturday should be the hottest day of the year, with mostly sunny skies, muggy conditions, and highs in the upper 90s. A very very warm night is expected Saturday night as a cold front will approach for Sunday. We will see temps still surging to near 90 on Sunday ahead of the rain and storms with the cold front. It will likely be one of our 2 best chances for rain and storms area wide.

Monday will start off in the 60s and climb to the upper 80s in the afternoon with clearing skies. Tuesday expect a sunny day with highs back in the lower 90s. We will see our second cold front approaching for Wednesday with a chance of rain and storms ahead of it, with another steamy day in the lower 90s.

Behind the front, a much more seasonal day expected on Thursday with highs in the middle 80s with sunshine and drier air.
