Gwyneth Paltrow shares beauty buy she uses to battle crow’s feet and puffiness while flying – & her other travel musts

WE may not all be able to fly first class — or private — like Gwyneth Paltrow, but we can copy her in-flight beauty routine.

The Goop founder broke down exactly what does to keep her face looking fresh while traveling.

Her five-step routine, published on Goop, includes a way to combat puffy eyes and crow’s feet.

For those with a tired complexion, she added a product to repair the skin barrier.

Gwyneth emphasized that hydration comes from the outside in — and didn’t skip that on her carry-on packing list.

She even added a way to add some color, to step off the plane feeling refreshed.

ON THE FLY

Flying can sometimes lead to moisture-loss, but Gwyneth has it covered.

She drinks the Morning Skin Superpowder, $60, by Goop Beauty.

“Every morning without fail, I take this glowing-skin powder,” she said.

“It’s packed with vitamins C and E and coenzyme Q10. I bring packets to mix in my water bottle on the plane.”

Her skincare savior combats crow’s feet and puffy eyes from travel.

“Dry skin makes crow’s-feet more pronounced. And I get puffy, too,” she said.

She uses the Lift and Depuff Eye Masks, $125, by Goop Beauty.

“If you’re at altitude, it can be more intense,” she added.

“But 10 minutes with these potent masks changes the way my eyes look.”

For the ultimate moisture, she uses the Fix and Restore Balm, $125, by Goop Beauty.

“This is the 911-emergency balm, especially on the plane. It’s rich and concentrated,” she said.

“It helps repair your skin’s barrier in just 30 minutes. And the intense, concentrated moisture lasts for up to 48 hours.”

She uses Goop Beauty’s All-in-One Nourishing Face Cream, $98, for added hydration.

Gwyneth takes things high tech, using the Solawave Four-in-One Skincare Wand, $169.

For a bit of color stepping off the plane, she adds the Colorblur Glow Balm Trio, $92, by Goop Beauty.

SKIN IS IN

Gwyneth has long spoken of her travel skincare routines and wellness hacks.

“I drink tons of water, and I have a vitamin sachet that I put in it. Also, I moisturize my skin and put on a mask,” she told The New York Times when asked about her flying regimen.

“I try not to eat rubbish either. I’ll pack salad and fruit.

“If I’m going on an overnight flight, I’ll drink whiskey or a glass of wine and then go to sleep, but on day flights, I try not to drink.

“When I land, I try to find a sauna to sit in for 20 minutes to help me sweat out all the germs from the plane.”

She also told Women’s Health Magazine about her must-haves onboard.

“I always have colloidal silver spray, which is antiviral and antibacterial. I spray it on my airplane seat and then I take a big dose of vitamin C,” she said.

“I travel with a lot of moisturizer, because I get super dry on the plane. Plus, an eye mask, earplugs and headphones.”
