Delhi excise policy case: On day of release, Arvind Kejriwal is jailed again

The Delhi High Court issued an interim stay on the trial court's decision granting bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case linked to the alleged Delhi excise scandal. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) challenged the lower court's order, calling it "perverse" and alleging that the court did not properly consider their arguments or relevant evidence. The High Court's vacation bench, led by Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain, reserved its decision on the stay petition and stated it would announce its ruling within two to three days.
