Superfeet Partners with Work Right NW to Help Prevent Injuries in Workplace

Employees will have access to a more personalized recommendation process to find the right insoles to reduce injuries on the job.

Superfeet is taking the next step in the workplace footwear sector.

The insoles maker on Friday announced that it has partnered with workplace injury prevention solutions provider Work Right NW to offer insoles as part of Work Right’s injury prevention program. The new partnership is meant to improve employee safety in the industrial workplace by providing workers access to the right insoles for the job and the expert advice needed to select the correct model.

“Superfeet is excited to partner with Work Right NW to provide high-quality insoles and education to keep American workers on their feet,” said Superfeet chief executive officer Trip Randall in a statement. “Our combined efforts help improve overall employee comfort and productivity while reducing injuries and associated costs for Safety Managers and HR professionals. By equipping businesses and workers with the right tools and information, we are fostering a healthier, more efficient workforce.”

Work Right NW offers training programs, specialist support and data analysis for employees to prevent potential injuries while on the job. According to a release, the organization’s injury prevention specialists commonly recommend Superfeet’s work insoles. This new partnership will give employees access to a more personalized recommendation process to find the right insoles to reduce injuries on the job.

“Partnering with Superfeet in the initial stages was an easy decision to make, as their mission and values align with ours,” said Ty Gilmore, chief operating officer at Work Right NW, in a statement. “Ty Gilmore Work Right NW. “Since then, Superfeet has maintained a consistent and enthusiastic effort to fuel our partnership and support Work Right NW’s effort to equip industrial athletes with the care and resources they need to run the industries of the world. Our partnership is one that we are grateful for and are proud to offer to our clients.”

Superfeet is the latest shoe company to make strides in the workplace footwear sector. In April, healthcare shoe brand Gales rebranded as Stand+ and launched a new line of workplace safety shoes designed for people in standing-heavy industries. In tandem with the rebrand, Stand+ announced that it raised $2 million in a recent funding round from existing stakeholders and new investors.
