Gunman kills 3 and wounds 10 at Arkansas grocery store, police say

A shooter opened fire at a grocery store in Fordyce, Ark., south of Little Rock, killing three people and wounding 10 others, including two law enforcement officers, police said. The suspect was shot and wounded by police and arrested. NBC News' Sam Brock reports.
