Rensselaer County contractor arraigned on grand larceny charge

A contractor in Rensselaer County was arraigned for allegedly not completing work he was paid to do.

RENSSELAER COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A contractor in Rensselaer County was arraigned for allegedly not completing work he was paid to do. James McNall, 52, of Troy, was charged with grand larceny and scheme to defraud.

He is accused of taking money from families in East Greenbush and Brunswick and not completing work on their homes.

Rensselaer County officials said there may be other victims. If you believe you are victim of McNall, you are asked to call New York State Police.
