Price dispute could derail ‘old rice’ auction
The Public Warehouse Organisation (PWO) is likely to drop V8 Intertrading Co Ltd as the unofficial winner of the auction for 15,000 tonnes of old rice and negotiate with other bidders due to a pricing disagreement, according to a source at the Commerce Ministry.
